A good animation starts with a clear photograph and a simple movement.

Which video length should I choose?

Five seconds suits a short blink or expression. Ten seconds gives you more time to enjoy the moment. Fifteen seconds is our longest option. Longer videos allow more time for movement, and can also show more AI variation.

Do I have to restore the photo first?

It is recommended for faded, scratched or blurry photos, but it is optional. If your photo is already clear, you can animate it directly. Restore your photo here. You can also select “Restore + animate” to buy both in one order at a reduced combined price. If you have already restored it in Memory Lane, we use that restored version and you can pay for animation only.

Does the video have sound?

These animations are silent MP4 videos. They aim for gentle movement while keeping the photograph’s framing and appearance. Voices and spoken dialogue are not included.

Can I share it with my family?

Yes. Download your finished file, or create a sharing link from your family album. People with the link can view and download without signing in.
